Professionalism

I shop at the Family Dollar often and try to ignore people attitudes who seems to be having a bad day. For the last couple of months I have noticed that some of the employees have not so nice attitudes as if they are being bothered or do want to be there or make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Also, they do not seem to know how to package your items. For example, putting breakable items in with things like non-breakable items, and putting too many items in one bag. Sometimes, you may hear those making negative comments about a previous customer or their co-workers. Recently, I visited the store early morning: the young lady that assisted me had negative attitude and placed all my items in one bag. When I asked her to please put some items in another bag, she said she had no other bags, and that the store was out of bags. I am just a concerned customer.
